Nor does Auction Management make representations as to quality, quantity, fitness or condition, usability, merchantability, salability, weight, measurement, age or year, value, color, origin or composition of merchandise. It is up to Buyer at his, her, or its expense, if desired, to determine the value of the item(s) in question. The Buyer shall not rely upon anyone’s opinion of value whatsoever, whether given by the auctioneer or anyone else, but on the Buyer’s own opinion. Buyers must provide their own help moving their items. Our staff is NOT available to help move furniture. There are no exceptions. We highly recommend hiring professional movers for the large items. We cannot store items and if they remain after pickup, they will be forfeit and removed from the property Sunday afternoon.

My definition of good/excellent may not be the same as yours. If it's new, it's excellent. If it's been used, I select good although it may be very good or close to excellent. I photograph them as best as possible. I will offer a preview and welcome you to look at the items. Please text me to make an appointment asap. There will only be one day to preview prior to close. I am not an appraiser so I cannot determine the value or condition of items, but I’m more than happy to answer questions through email or text as it’s easiest to reply.
