Nor does Auction Management make representations as to quality, quantity, fitness or condition, usability, merchantability, salability, weight, measurement, age or year, value, color, origin or composition of merchandise. It is up to Buyer at his, her, or its expense, if desired, to determine the value of the item(s) in question.The Buyer shall not rely upon anyone’s opinion of value whatsoever, whether given by the auctioneer or anyone else, but on the Buyer’s own opinion. Any opinion expressed by the Auctioneer is strictly that of the Auctioneer and shall not bind Auction Management. All sales are final and no refunds will be given and chargebacks will not be accepted.

UPS STORE
Shipping and packaging is made available to you through UPS only. There will be a $10 handling fee. For estimates, prior to bidding, reach out to the manager, Muzzy, at the Derry, NH UPS store. Email over the link to Store4686@theupsstore.com or send him a list. The final drop off for shipping is the Monday after pick up. After the auction closes forward your full invoice with items listed, not the credit card receipt. Follow up by calling to verify receipt and set up payment. Items that have not been set up with an account will be forfeit and considered abandoned. There is NO storage available.
