Identified as an English Thomas Webb - “Wellington” pattern; however, unsigned.
May have interior staining
Have not attempted to clean
Zip cut neck and original matching stopper.
Base is a separate thick glass disc which is “hot fixed” to the body during production.
Body is vibrant star cut.
