Vintage Painted Chairs - Possibly Hitchcock - Grain Painting And Still Life Artwork

These chairs originally had still life painting on the backs and grain painting. Clearly visible on at least two of the chairs, and other less discernible on two others. One of the chairs also has a star or a snowflake painted design. And another has wheat shafts on the top and seat rail. in addition to grain painting all of the chairs are decorated with a gold outline. Three of the chairs have caned seats, two in good condition the fourth chair has a rush seat. Each of the chairs measures 17 1/4 inches wide by roughly 15 inches deep and stands 35 inches high. The seat is 18 inches from the ground. These chairs are an amazing piece of history and artistic detail. They are the same size as the four Hitchcock inspired chairs, item number 21438 and could be used together as a set of eight.
