Measures 31 inches wide by 41 1/4 inches high by 22 inches deep. The seat is roughly 20 inches from the ground. The fabric is in very good condition. The seat cushion is down and accessible via a zipper. This is a beautifully upholstered piece with the seat cushion shaped to fit snuggly around the back barrel cushions
