Original Sally Nolan Hand Painted Vintage Barrel Stave - Signed "Sally Nolan"

Sally Nolan is a recognized folk artist who creates stylized folk scenes of a "Young America" - 18th & 19th Century. Sally maintained a studio in a Bay of Fundy village in Nova Scotia and a workshop in New England. Barrel Staves are one of her favorite objects on which to paint. "It is a pleasure to use wooden barrel staves to create my interpretation and sense of life in the late 18th and 19th century in unique, colorful, and sometimes patriotic presentations.
