All bidders must be 18 or older and be registered to bid with an approved credit card on file. All Bidders are subject to this site's Terms of Use. By bidding, you are authorizing Curio Cabinet of the Hudson Valley to process your registered payment method for the final price of the item you have won, plus any applicable premiums, fees and/or taxes. 

Shipping & Pickup Policy

Item Pickup:

• Buyers are eligible to pick up items only on the designated date and time listed in the auction details.
• If a buyer is unable to pick up their item(s) during the specified time, the item(s) will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Shipping Availability:

• Some items may be available for shipping, as indicated in the individual auction listings.
• If an item is eligible for shipping, the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  
  

Shipping Costs & Payment:

• Shipping costs will be calculated after the initial invoice for the item(s) has been paid.
• A separate invoice for shipping charges will be sent once the costs are determined.
• Items will only be shipped after both the item and shipping invoices are paid in full.
  
  

Insurance & Liability:

• The seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.
• If a buyer wishes to add shipping insurance, they must request it before shipping costs are calculated.
• Additional insurance fees will be included in the final shipping invoice.
  
  

Restrictions:

• International shipping is not available.
• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued due to shipping delays or issues beyond the seller’s control.
