CONDITION REPORTS

PICK UP & SHIPPING:

Pick Ups are by Appointment. Pick up dates for this auction are 11/18/22 and 11/19/22. Email: info@culpers.com or Call: 917-270 8909.

Shipping is also available through UPS. For a quote call (516) 741-6245.

Please email info@culpers.com with your arrangements and permission to release.

Please bring your own packing materials and labor for heavy items. None will be provided.

Please inspect your item upon pick-up. All sales are final. No Returns.

FORFEITING PROPERTY

Property not picked up by 5pm on the last pickup day indicated is considered forfeited.

AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. For tax exempt status input your TIN number and certificate through Auction Ninja BEFORE bidding or upon account set up.

2. The auction begins closing at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot closes 30 seconds apart. Bidding extends an extra five minutes if people are actively bidding on an item.

4. Payments by credit card and debit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

5. An email will be sent out to winning bidders with pick up address. Photo ID will be required at Pick Up.
