Mitchell's Ancient Atlas, Containing Maps Illustrating Classical and Sacred Geography of the Ancient World... By S. Augustus Mitchell. Published by E. H. Butler & Co., Philadelphia. No copyright page, but individual plates marked with an 1844 copyright.
Hardcover. Condition: Good. Original paper covered boards. 12 pages index, 12 color maps (on 8 plates). Some light soil to board margins from usage and original owners name in pencil on the FFE, but overall Good/+. Maps are Good/+, but do show some light pencil notations. A complete copy of this older volume. Individual plates from this volume being offered for $45/ea!
