If The Chief Vann House Could Speak, by Lela Latch Lloyd. Self published, 1980 (Second Printing).
Hardcover. 143pp. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Book is clean and unmarked, with author's inscription and signature on first free endpaper. Only condition note is that front board is starting to show a crack at lower hinge. Unclipped DJ is in Good condition, with some rubbing and a tear at front flap. Rare in any condition, and only one other signed copy found.
