Important TAX EXEMPT: if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button (located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! The auction begins closing at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot closes 30 seconds apart. Bidding extends an extra five minutes if people are actively bidding on an item.

Our company liquidates estates from the largest item in the home to the smallest lots. Unless listed as such, these items are previously used. All items sold as is/ as found. Assume items are not tested unless otherwise specified. Use photographs as part of the description and reach out with questions if you are not sure about something. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

Then load your items. ONCE ITEM PICK-UP NO REFUNDS.

Please keep in mind, we have limited staff available to move Larger furniture items.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed.
Please bring packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly.
