Our client was one of the affected homes in the Marshall fires. She has rebuilt and re-bought and now she is selling. For items we pack a $2-$5 charge will be assessed for materials. Before we can ship your items, we will need a photo of a signed copy of your invoice. .  Please print the invoice, sign the bottom on the signature line and text or email me a picture. ID verification may be required on all orders.

If proper shipping arrangements have not been made within one week of the completion of the auction, the items will be forfeited.
