All Sales Are Final – No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold as-is, as shown. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions before placing a bid.

Item Pickup – Winning bidders must pick up items during the designated pickup time slot listed in the auction details. No alternate pickup times will be offered. Failure to pick up items during the scheduled time will result in forfeiture with no refund or credit issued.

Shipping Availability – Shipping is available only for items marked with a postal box icon in the listing. If an item does not display this icon, it is not eligible for shipping.

Shipping & Handling Charges – For eligible shipped items, CleoCasey Auctions Inc. will charge shipping and handling fees to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the auction closing. If the charge is declined, the buyer must arrange alternative payment within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the item being forfeited with no refund.

Shipping Confirmation & Liability – Once an item is shipped, the delivery confirmation number serves as proof of receipt and is considered the equivalent of a signature for your purchase. CleoCasey Auctions Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims for damage in transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
