PICKUP: JULY 9, 2022 SATURDAY FROM 10AM-2PM ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT AUCTION MANAGER AFTER SALE CLOSES WITH CONFIRMATION YOU WILL PICK UP AND BRING NECESSARY VEHICLE, DOLLIES, BOXES OR BAGS TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS - NO EXCEPTIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Pick up is at a Senior Living Complex in Cresskill, NJ. YOU MAY NOT ENTER THE BUILDING FOR PICKUP WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL FOR LARGE ITEMS. All small items will be brought down to you in front of DOOR #4. It is the 2nd main entrance at the rotunda to the South with the overhead perpendicular to the building.
The number 4 is marked on the short Sunrise sign along the curb.

PLEASE first park in VISITOR spots as available. Most of the closer spots are specifically RESERVED for the residents. If all VISITOR spots are full, please circle around the building to the spots on the sides and in rear. If you have a VERY LARGE item, please park in a spot as stated above and contact me as below so we can figure out how to best serve you.

Upon arrival, you MUST text the Auction Manager, Kurt Weber, at 908-312-1392 to announce your arrival with your FULL NAME and LOT #s for pickup. My workers will bring small items down and hand over when you show them your PRINTED and SIGNED receipt (email) of your winning.

Anyone who needs to come into the building for any LARGE ITEMS MUST wear a face mask for the safety of the elderly occupants.

MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP LARGE ITEMS IN THE BUILDING - AT ALL TIMES.
MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF, ANY OTHER BIDDERS AND OUR WORKERS.

• Winning bidders MUST bring help for large/ heavy items. Bring your own tools, dollies, and proper packaging materials, if needed.

• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.

We do our best to describe all items and condition, but please examine photos and understand all items are AS IS and final sale.
