The family of a prominent and renowned boat builder and fine woodworker from both Maine and Connecticut is liquidating the final vestiges of his vast work shop. The first item of the auction - a screw and nail collection - is a testimony to his proficiency, skill and mastery of wood, his tools are laid out throughout the auction and adds a general nautical feel.
In addition, this auctions features a little of this and a little of that - A great mix of antique books, children’s items, cloths, furniture, general decor, jewelry, and household items. They have been bundled with care to offer the winner a full experience. For example the “laissez les bons temps rouler” lot is overflowing with charm and usefulness along with “the weekend at grandma and grandpa’s”. It’s just enough of a change, a splash of color they say…to bring enjoyment in your life.

WINNING BIDDERS:

PICKUP DETAILS:
• Saturday FROM 6AM to Noon ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS - Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.
• Some large items will be at an alternate location still in the Cove/Shippan area, Still same day pick up, auction Manager will call the winner to schedule the pick up.
• Pickups are on a first-come/first-served basis. THERE IS NO NEED TO TEXT, we will have your items ready for you upon arrival.
• Be sure to bring your own packing materials, boxes etc. Be Prepared With Appropriate Tools, and Bring Your Own Packing Materials (Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Etc), And Moving Help (When Needed)
• Bring help to load your vehicle. Do not rely on us to be moving your items.
• Items will be made available in driveway area.
• This is a private residence and this is the only time to pick up your items.
• Be kind and considerate. Please park on McMullen Ave., Owen St., James St., or East Ave. Parking on Soundview Ave blocks access to the many pedestrians walking to the park and beach along with being on the edge of a curve in the road.
