Mrs. Hart is 97 and provided many of the comments and information you will see in the descriptions in this auction. We hope you will see life stories unfold in the auction as we have. The auction is filled with art and decorative items from all over the world. Lt. Col. Hart also graduated from Yale University. The books regarding Yale in the auction are from the 1940's. Mr. Hart graduated in 1943. Some really special items in this auction are the personal belongings of Lt. Col. Hart like his dress blue uniform and his regular uniform. we also have duffel bags and footlockers. There are several trunks in the auction from the Harts and from their parents. Mr. Hart was also very involved with the Boy Scouts of America. Please check out the boy scout items in the auction. The artwork represents the work of many artists. We have done our best to identify these pieces but please look and do your own identifications. The furniture dates back from the 18th century to today.
