NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

Masks MUST be worn by all bidders when picking up items. Please maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself, other buyers, and staff. Please be respectful when showing for pick up as this is a residential location. Do not park on grass or block others in.

Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
