Part I

This is a fantastic estate auction of fine estate items in a gated community in White Plains, NY. Consisting of a 9pc service for 12 Reed & Barton sterling ...view moresilver set. Dozens of original oil paintings and many small collectible items. A vintage Grandy billiard pool table and some misc pieces of furniture. Many what you see is what you get table lots. Larger furniture pieces will be part II as they need to stay in the house for staging.

All items in this auction are used - second pieces and should be considered used pieces. Items should also have normal wear and tear for their ages. If there is any specific damages, it will be listed in the description. Please use the photos as part of the typed description.

This is a very private and gated community with extremely strict access rules. If you purchase any furniture that requires any commercial looking vehicle. YOU MUST COME ON FRIDAY. Do not show up on Saturday as you will not be granted access to the property. If an appointment is needed for larger items, please reach out to me at ChatsworthAntiques@gmail.com. Also please do rush to show up at the opening time. Take your time to show up so pick ups are spread out. No reason to come at 10am.

All sales are final and all items sold as is where is so please ask any questions before bidding.

Please take your time showing up to spread the pick up out over the course of the allotted times. If you have a commercial style vehicle for furniture, YOU MUST COME ON FRIDAY! They do not allow trucks on the grounds on Saturday.

There will be NO packaging supplies on site so please bring your own paper, bubble and bins for your smalls. If you are picking up furniture, YOU MUST BRING help if you need it. There will not be help there. Items will be brought out to you in the front yard and you are responsible for loading.

Pick up days will be: Friday, October 18th from 10 am to 3 pm & Saturday October 19th from 10 am to 2pm.
Any items NOT picked up or other arrangements made before 2pm of Saturday October 19th will be considered abandoned and forfeited, returned to the owner with no refunds given. NO exceptions.

Larger Items: I can ship a majority of the furniture items to a radius of 40 miles from White Plains NY 10605. Shipping will start at $75.00 and will be higher depending on the piece and destination. This is to be paid cash only. Please email me at ChatsworthAntiques@gmail.com for details. Shipping is to the curb ONLY. Not inside.

Smaller items: Smaller items will ship via FedEx or USPS at cost plus $5 handling fee added to the price. I will combine shipping and each additional lot will be an additional $2.00 to the handling fee to a maximum of $10.00 per carton. Shipping will be invoiced separate from auction purchase via Venmo or Paypal.
