LOCAL PICK UP: SATURDAY, February 18th @ 10:00 am to 3:00 pm ...view moreNO EXCEPTIONS . This is on the 3rd floor of a condominium . You will be required by management to leave with purchases through the side door. NO steps . NOT THE FRONT DOOR . PLEASE PLEASE be patient as this will require time and buyers must bring packaging for fragile items . All items must be moved by the buyer . I will try and have them ready for pick up . If you have purchased from me , you know I'm usually very prepared . This is a tight space so only a few buyers at a time will be permitted upstairs . The lobby is warm to accommodate you when you have to wait . If you purchase more than 5 lots contact me and set a time for pick up . * If space is occupied i will try and get you in as fast as possible . Calling me does not reserve a guarantee you will get in at that exact time . This process is much easier for both of us. .
Items not picked up within this timeframe of the auction pick up are considered forfeited without refund. Please do not contact to request alternate arrangements or refund. Neither are possible.

SORRY, PLEASE DO NOT ASK THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY. I adore you all as buyers and I appreciate you immensely. However I will not even reply to a shipping inquiry. If you purchase an item and assume it will be shipped, I WILL NOT ship it . THIS IS A NOT A SHIPPING AUCTION!
MASKS ARE STILL ENCOURAGED, but not mandatory. This is a senior living facility .
Buyer is responsible to load their own vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER ASSISTANCE , DO NOT BID.
Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. No refunds are given to buyers who can not move there own items. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, Get out your tape measure at home . Use common sense - can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure * Before Bidding.* Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We are restricted by contractual agreement with Seller/ Building management and Clearing House. Everyone must be out and off premise by 3:00 asper building management . That means don't arrive at in the last 15 minutes to pick up a large amount of purchases . Please understand these terms and do not ask for exceptions . I appreciate you all as buyers . We practice patience and peace in all my sales. This one may take time so if you can't wait ....PLEASE don't bid .
