PIck Up Date: Sunday, March 05th from 11am until 3pm ONLY.
This is in a residential neighborhood, streetside parking, please be cognizant of neighbors when parking.

NOTE **** This property is a split level raised ranch. There are some larger furniture pieces that will have to be moved by YOU to your vehicle, some down the front stairs inside the house so please bring the correct help, at least two strong people, as none will be available onsite that can lift big heavy objects.

Please do not assume an item can be shipped. Ask and get confirmation prior to bidding. Shipping fees are a separate transaction arranged with and paid directly to auction managers, Michael & Peg Stephano via PayPal or money order. Shipping costs cannot be combined with your CHES auction invoice. Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of win notice or your purchase will be forfeited. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests before the scheduled day of pickup as those pieces will need to be set aside for removal from the site.

-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
