Note - all of the Marvel Comic Lots have bags and fresh boards for protection.
I clean and check each LP and give a fair estimation of its condition of cover and record.
Many signed Presidential signatures, however few have Certificates of Authenticity.
Some have strong indicators of being authentic, due to research and discussions with other collectors.
Some are likely not to be authentic and may be autopen. However many documents contained in the framed lots are authentic.

Know what lots you have won, I organize pick-ups according to Alpha-sort last name, but if you are sending someone to pick up for you indicate via TEXT OR EMAIL PRIOR who is coming and when. Tell them what to pick up, know the contents of the lots. It helps to know what is being picked up. MY AUCTION IS STAGED BY LAST NAME SORT AS WELL AS BY ITEM/LOT WON.
