PICKUP: THURSDAY 4/22 FROM 11AM-4PM NO EXCEPTIONS - ITEMS NOT PICKED DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, is responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water and gas will be cutoff at the start of the pickup, Electric will be cut later in the day during the pickup, so if you buy the generator or the boiler/water heater, plan to do this later in the day. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property.
