This Home has a narrow driveway so we will be manning the Entrance and directing access the best we can for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience during the Pick Up days. The street the house is on does not allow for parking but we will show you the side street only 2 houses down where you can park in a cue and await the Driveway Attendant' s "Come Forward". If it is a small item you won- you can also walk from the nearby side street and be handed your winnings. The address will be given in your post auction Invoice.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK- UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS.
IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK- UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER/ OR A FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

Winning Bidders Will Receive the Pick- Up Address Via Email. Be sure your account preferences are set to receive notifications by email &/or text. • Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
