Pick up will be orchestrated by a team member in the road when you arrive. All cars cue up on the correct side of the road in which the house is on so that there ...view moreis 1 line of cars beginning at the foot of the driveway down the road. The driveway is only one car wide with 2 car accommodation and thus will be reserved for furniture pick up only. DO NOT get out of your car. Stay in vehicle and in line as if in a drive thru. When its your turn give the attendant your name and your item will be brought to you at your car or you will then be instructed to pull into driveway. All fragiles will be wrapped and bundled for you. If your GPS brings you in the direction where the house is opposite you across the street, simply drive down, turn around and join the end of the line. If followed this process will be very quick and easy.

Transport to Milford for small items is available for a $10 fee per invoice. You must contact Shawn Directly via text or ninja messenger to arrange this by Friday 6/21/24 at 5pm . These items must be picked up by appointment only Sunday 6/23/24 -Tuesday 6/25. Payment for transport must be made directly to auction manager and can only be paid by paypal, venmo, Zelle, or cash upon pick up. Auction manager cannot bill your cc or add this to invoice. The option is for small items only no furniture. Ask clarifying questions prior to bidding.
