They will come to our designated pick up day and collect your items to pack and ship. For this reason, we need to know prior to the pickup date if you need items shipped. THIRD PARTY DELIVERY: We offer third party delivery for larger items via OZORIA MOVING LLC. They are a fully insured company that we frequently partner with. They will come to our designated pick up day and collect your items for delivery. For this reason, we need to know prior to the pickup date if you need items delivered. PICKUP DAY: Please be sure to bring adequate moving help for larger pieces and a large enough vehicle to transport your items. Please bring packing material, paper, boxes, bags, etc. You are responsible for moving larger pieces, we do not provide any moving help.
If you can't make the scheduled pickup we offer alternate pickups for some items, by arrangement, for a $25 fee. PAYMENTS WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE AUCTION MANAGER VIA VENMO PRIOR TO DROP OFF OR CASH AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF. These arrangements must be made with the auction manager before the scheduled pickup day. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED.
