PICKUP: Thursday 4/22/2021 from 11AM-3:30PM ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Because there is no outdoor space, winners will be asked to come up the elevator to the 7th floor. All small items will be brought to you in the hallway for quick pick-up. Those who win furniture will be asked to come inside the apartment to carry it out. Please bring packing materials and help to carry large items.

Parking directly outside the building is unlikely, so if you are driving and picking up more than you can easily carry for numerous blocks, please bring a helper to wait with your items on the curb while you drive your car around.

-Masks must be worn by all bidders picking up items.

-Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and other bidders.

-Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice, or a signed copy of your invoice.
