Items MUST be picked up during the pick up time frame or they will be forfeited ...view morewithout refund. The owner is moving out of the house shortly after the sale so we do not have flexibility for the pick up day for this auction.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets or any fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing material.

If you live locally & would like an item delivered, contact us before the auction ends and we can provide a delivery quote for you.
