PICKUP: Saturday, March 5 (03/05/22) FROM 11:00 pm-5:00 pm
NO EXCEPTIONS!! ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member with your winning invoice and notify the auction managers of the change.

Please bring a pre-signed copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice with you, be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone.

Winning Bidders Be Aware:
• Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup. We will try to have some help available by onsite workers, but that is not guaranteed. Be prepared to use your own muscles.
• Bring proper packing materials, including boxes and wrap. While we may have your winning purchases organized in boxes to facilitate pickup, these boxes may not be available to take.
• CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
• Pickup location will be in a country farmhouse dirt driveway, with limited parking, but easy in and out. Snow or mud issues may impact pickup area. Please be considerate of others when parking.
• Winning bidders are asked to Wear Masks.
• No Smoking on grounds or premises.
• We ask that you Do Not Idle Your Car while loading.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. While GALLGHER CLOSE will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items GALLGHER CLOSE sells during this auction are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
