All Sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or credits. All Items are Sold As Is. I will try to list and take pictures of any obvious defect such as cracks, chips, stains, missing parts, etc. however the lack of listed defects or lack of pictures of defects does not mean the item is in perfect condition. Remember - all the items are preowned and will show wear consistent with age and use. I dust items off, but please understand estate items may need to be cleaned. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. There are no boxes or packing materials at the pick-up site. Bring help if you need assistance with lifting and carrying. There is no help to assist you with lifting and carrying at the pick-up site.

No morning pick-up times. I want this to be a positive experience for both of us. Please note the alternative pick-up site is at a different location. If you do not show-up at the scheduled pick-up time and do not text or email me before the scheduled pick-up date to request an alternative pick-up time, your item/items will be forfeited without refund, exchange, or credit.

Tax Exempt Instructions
Take a picture of your tax ID certificate and attach in an email, please proof before sending to be certain your attachment is there. If it is not attached, there will not be a tax refund.
