The buyer is responsible for bringing all tools and labor necessary to ...view moreremove the items from the property. Most items will have to be disassembled and carried out by YOU, the buyer. You must bring appropriate manpower to handle the job. If you show up without manpower or inappropriate manpower and we determine that the item(s) cannot safely be removed from the house, you will be denied entry and NO REFUND will be allotted. There will NOT be any help at the location site. Please plan accordingly. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the time of the pickup. If you need power, please bring a portable generator.

You will be required to sign a liability waiver form when entering onto the property. This is not a full demolition so you must be respectful to not damage any other areas of the home. All items are sold “AS IS". There may be damage to items that were not visible during the photo shoot or prior to removal of item. AGAIN, SOME ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE DISASSEMBLED FOR REMOVAL, WHICH IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE TO BE CARRIED OUT FROM THE HOME BY YOU, THE BUYER. NO HELP WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST. PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE FOR PICK-UP DAY AS THE CONSTRUCTION CREW WILL START DEMOLITION THE FOLLOWING DAY. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP DAYS.
