NOTE **** This property is ...view moreuniquely structured, it is three stories. Please be aware that larger furniture will have to be moved by YOU to your vehicle, please bring the correct help, at least two strong people, as none will be available.

* The main floor is directly accessible from the parking lot.

* There are select pieces of larger furniture on the lower level. You will either have to move the item up a flight of stairs to the main level and exit directly to the parking lot, or, weather permitting, there is outside access at that lower level which will require you to carry the item up a somewhat steep hill/path to the parking area.

* The basement level furniture will need to be moved up to the lower level, and then either out the door & up the hill (weather permitting), or up another set of stairs to the main level to exit.

Each piece of furniture in this sale that is large, is marked in the listing as to what level of the property it is on, please make note of this if bidding.

Shipping as a *separate, pre-approved transaction* is available on *small items.*
Please do not assume an item can be shipped. Ask and get confirmation prior to bidding. Shipping fees are a separate transaction arranged with and paid directly to auction managers, Mike & Peg Stephano via PayPal or money order. Shipping costs cannot be combined with your CHES auction invoice. Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of win notice. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests before the scheduled day of pickup.
