PICKUPS WILL BE SCHEDULED ALPHABETICALLY BY LAST NAME PER THE BELOW SCHEDULE:
A - I / 8 am - 9 am
J - O / 9 am - 10 am
P - Z / 10 am - 11 am

Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.

MOVING/LOADING ITEMS:
Items are located in an apartment building with an elevator and several stairs. It is the buyer's responsibility to move furniture and other items purchased from the apartment in the building. Please bring appropriate help at pickup time.

UPS SHIPPING:

All shipping requests must be immediately requested at the conclusion of the auction. Any requests for shipping after the pickup is concluded will not be honored.

ITEMS WILL BE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED BY UPS. BUYER WILL BE CONTACTED BY UPS AND WILL PAY UPS DIRECTLY. UPS SHIPPING COST IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, ON THE AVERAGE IT WILL COST TRIPLE WHAT IT WOULD COST TO SHIP USPS. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS EXTRA COST WHEN BIDDING IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SHIPPED. WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the pick up address via email (please check your spam folder). Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive auction win information via email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.
