The driveway to this residence is a single lane only, approx. 1/2 mile long, partially paved/dirt. You should drive slowly and be prepared to yield to others leaving or entering until you reach the residence which has a circular drive.
Items not picked up will be forfeited without refund.
NOTES **** YOU need to be prepared to move larger furniture to your vehicles, bring sufficient help to do so. We are not guaranteeing that help will be on hand to handle large items, so come prepared to move big items yourself and if we have someone who can pitch in, all the better. While you wouldn't really notice it, this home does have pet cat in residence so it is not a pet-free home.

Please do not assume an item can be shipped. Ask and get confirmation prior to bidding. Shipping fees are a separate transaction arranged with and paid directly to auction managers, Michael & Peg Stephano via PayPal, check or money order. Shipping costs cannot be combined with your CHES auction invoice. Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of notice of the cost or your purchase will be forfeited. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests before the scheduled day of pickup as those pieces will need to be set aside for removal from the site.

Winning Bidders Must:
- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
