This is a LOCAL ...view morePICKUP ONLY Winning Bidders of large furniture pieces are responsible for moving/trucking and will be assigned a pick up time so as not to block the shared private road. Out of State winning buyers will be given first preference to the early time slots. Time slots must be allocated because of the privacy and security of Estate's Private Community. If you do not pick up at allocated time slot we cannot reschedule. Items not picked up at the assigned time will be considered forfeited without refund.
