1-shipping is a courtesy we extend to ...view morebidders that live TOO FAR away for pick up. NO shipping to bidders that live several towns over. Please pick your winnings up on October 26, 2024, between 12-4 PM.
2-shipping invoices are SEPARATE the winnings invoice, collected DIRECTLY by auction manager Marco Ciccarini. Payment via PAYPAL or CHECK/MONEY ORDER only [no Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, or Credit Card on file]. No exceptions.
3- winning bidders that require shipping must call us within 5 days of Auction CLOSE to make arrangements and pay the shipping invoice, by October 25,2024. Shipping is not FREE, and items will NOT be shipped until payment is received. Without contacting us, we cannot possibly know you require shipping, so quite important.
4-items not picked up by the end of day on Saturday October 26,2024 will be relinquished and returned to the consignor.
5- If you have any questions, please contact Marco @ 475-319-1085. Please, no calls in the middle of the night. If it is 10 PM in California, it is 1 AM here, and we all need to sleep.
6- Items too large for us to ship in-house will state NO SHIPPING in the listing title [in capital letters, hard to miss]. If shipping is required, we recommend a local 3rd party shipper:
Village Express in Branford, CT- [203] 481-7426. Only after arrangements are made with the shipper will your item be released.
7- We only ship smaller/manageable lots, able to fit in a large flat rate USPS box. No shipping of larger art or furnishings/lighting
8- We are not a storage facility, and run auctions at a brisk pace, so failure to make shipping arrangements or pick up your item[s] by the end of day on Saturday 10/26/2024 will result in forfeiture/relinquishment.
LOCATION- We are located in a separate commercial building BEHIND King's Acres Plaza on 85 State Street in North Haven, CT. Once again, BEHIND the street level plaza. Pull behind the plaza, to the free-standing commercial building. 4th door down [concentric circles on door], American flag waving out front, gray van parked by the entrance.
