This is a warehouse clearance sale of assorted Mid Century Modern, Antiques and Vintage home decor items from various area estates. All items are being presented in 'As Found' condition, meaning they may have been ...view morecleaned up some but please expect appropriate wear for all items. We will do our best to document all significant damage in the photographs and/or item description, so it is important to please look at all photographs for an item you are interested in bidding on.

Pickups will be over SCHEDULED online over 2 days (Sunday 3/26, 10-2pm and Monday 3/27, 11-2pm) to allow for ample time for everyone to collect their items from our warehouse. After the auction closes you will receive a link to set your scheduled date and time, if you need an alternative day please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note it is not guaranteed. All items not picked up within the pickup window, where other accommodations have not been made, will be considered forfeit without refund.

Any items that can be shipped, can be arranged via the UPS Store in Auburn, MA. I will drop these items off free of charge for you, but it will be up to you to directly pay for and arrange shipping of these items with the UPS Store. You can contact them prior to the auction close for a Pack n Ship quote, just please have the item description and dimensions on hand (in the item description) and either call them at 508-721-9600 or e-mail Store4716@theupsstore.com.

Please bring appropriate help to load and a suitable vehicle. All furniture items will be brought out to our loading dock for you, but due to our insurance restrictions, it will be your responsibility to load your item(s) in your vehicle!
