*Items that are not picked up in the designated pickup date/times above and not approved for integrated shipping will be considered forfeit without refund. You can arrange a friend or courier to pick up for you if you contact the auction manager and provide a signed invoice.
*Please bring wrapping materials and boxes if you have numerous pieces of glassware/ceramics.
*PLEASE BRING MOVING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR FURNITURE (ie. if you will need a dolly, moving blanket etc.)
*Moving help is not available at pickup for furniture and large items. Unless you can move it yourself come with help. If you require the auction manager’s assistance with moving there is a cash fee. Auction manager is not a professional mover and reserves the right to decline help with moving or packing any items.

FOR SHIPPING: Designated items will ship via USPS Priority Mail together in one package, for one charge. Items will always ship for the lowest cost/smallest package possible.
*THE ITEM MUST HAVE A SHIPPING ICON THAT LOOKS LIKE A BOX IN THE UPPER RIGHT TO QUALIFY FOR USPS SHIPPING.
*There will be a $5 handling fee applied to all orders to help cover cost of shipping supplies and time.
*Shipping orders over $250 will require you to provide a copy of your ID to verify your address and will have insurance & signature confirmation as well for your protection.
*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR AUCTION NINJA ACCOUNT IS CORRECT AND MATCHES YOUR BILLING ADDRESS - this will be the address your items are shipped to!
