The apartment is adjacent to a small elevator, and across the hall from the staircase to the lobby area. However, due to space limitations, buyers of large lots, or larger furniture will be contacted to set-up appointments to pick-up their lots before July 30th, as the tightness of spacing both in the apartment, and the access (elevator/stairs), would make it quite difficult for all buyers to claim their items on a single pick-up date without significant wait times and spacing issues. Your flexibility and cooperation is required to ensure this can be done. The actual/final pickup date for single items/small lots will be on Sunday, July 30th, with select appointments to be made in the two weeks prior for large furniture/large lots ONLY!
