Local pick-up in Beaufort County, SC (Okatie) and U.S. self arranged or in-house shipping are available.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING

1. BAM bids has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. Items have not been authenticated unless otherwise ...view morenoted in the lot description. All property is sold “AS-IS” and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Staff descriptions are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. No refunds will be offered.

2. If you have the winning bid for an item in the auction you will be notified via email the next business day. The invoice you receive on the day after the auction will be used for billing and we will charge your credit card on file to include the hammer price, 18% Buyer Premium and sales tax. Shipping costs along with a $3.00 handling fee if shipping is chosen will be paid via Clover or PayPal in a direct transaction with the seller.

3. All bidders must register and provide their name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and credit card information.

4. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or bids unseen by the auction platform due to technology disruptions or connection issues.

5. All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns.

6. Pick-ups will be held at a residence in Okatie, SC. After the auction closes, you will be given the pick-up location address details and the date and time for the pick-up which can be made by appointment with Calendly - https://calendly.com/bambidsauction. All winning bidders will be required to provide a signature to acknowledge receipt of your winning item(s).

You are responsible for the removal of your winning item(s) from the storage site or residential location on the day of pickup. You are also responsible for bringing packing materials or tools (boxes, bags, bubble wrap, tools to dismantle an item, or any moving help or transit). Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup date and time.

If you are unable to pick up your item(s) during the specified time(s) and date(s) and do not make alternative arrangements your items will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

7. UPS will handle shipping of all won items or it can be self-arranged by sending a shipping label to print. We suggest calling a local Okatie, SC UPS store for shipping quotes or visiting https://www.theupsstore.com/support/estimate-shipping. Item sizes and estimated shipping weight has been included in each lot.

Your shipping location information and item(s) will be handed off to a verified UPS Store to facilitate shipment. Your item will not be shipped, if shipping fees have not been paid. Shipping will be paid to the seller outside of the Auction Ninja platform via Clover or PayPal. There is also a $3.00 handling fee for all BAM bids shipped items in addition to packing and shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of the auction closing for your items to be shipped after payment is received. Some items will NOT INCLUDE a shipping option. This will be noted in the lot description. Insurance will be provided for the shipment pending the value of the item won via UPS. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected, or payment is declined. Shipping and handling fees are in addition to all auction charges.

If shipping payment is not received from the winning bidder after 14 business days, the item is forfeited.

BAM bids is not responsible for damages during shipment. It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person.
There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected, or payment is declined. Please ensure your address is correct in Auction Ninja before bidding.

8. For tax-exempt purchases your tax-exempt information and certificate are required to be uploaded into the AUCTION NINJA SYSTEM BEFORE BIDDING.

9. By bidding on any item, you, the bidder show the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the BAM bids auction.
