Please do not ask to come early or arrive late, the volume of requests is relentless - and its not possible. We set up and arrange all items by invoice before the pickup begins to ensure a quick and easy experience. We work at too fast a pace to store or hold items past the published pickup times. If you cannot make the published pickup times, please send someone in your place, or do not bid.

Unfortunately, for liability and logistical reasons we are not set up to hold, store, ship or move items. You can always send someone in your place, of course!
