Items will be shipped in USPS flat rate boxes. Most items will ship in the smallest flat rate box which starts at $10.70 plus the price of required insurance. I will combine items whenever possible to keep costs down. Purchases over $300 require signature confirmation.

Please note that once USPS takes possession of a package, neither Clearinghouse Estate Sales nor its representatives are responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. In the unlikely event that this happens, buyers will be responsible for opening an insurance claim with USPS directly.

All sales are final. I take care to describe and photograph items to the best of my abilities. Please examine photos carefully and read the descriptions, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions prior to bidding.
