Items cannot be stored or held. The pick up window is listed the entire time the auction is up and it is one of the conditions you acknowledge when registering. If you can't make the pick up, send someone in your place or contact our shipper. The person who picks up your item(s) is considered your "agent" because they are acting on your behave to pick up your items. We are not responsible for items once they leave the pick site. If your agent does not check your items for condition, etc, upon pick up and signing of the slip, it is not our responsibility for the condition that they arrive to you. The signature at pick up represents that you or your agent have checked the order and it is satisfactory. Additionally, most all fragile items will be wrapped or gently wrapped, this is not to hide damage or to dissuade you from inspecting the items. We encourage you to inspect your items. The wrapping is a courtesy and to keep items protected here on site. It is solely YOUR responsibility to secure them for transport.
