Pick up time is only a 2 hour window based on property managment. Additional appointment-based pick-up times are available Fri by TEXTing the auction manager Shawn. based on availability.

ARRIVAL - Park in the public lot and check in at our van. Most small items will be there for grab and go. If you have larger pieces/furniture you will be escorted through to loading dock.

Bring appropriate vehicle and people to help you. Loading must be quick and efficient to not interupt the usage by other patrons and you cannot loiter on the property.
