Some items in photos may be used for staging or sizing and are not included in the lot unless stated as such in the description. All items are gently wrapped at pick up, this does not mean you cannot open items to inspect your winnings, in fact you should. Items should always be inspected prior to leaving pick up and any and all concerns mentioned to the staff at that time. We are not responsible for condition and or issues once an item leaves the property. All descriptions are written to describe the items to the best of our ability in regard to both information and condition, yet these however are often subjective and should be considered as opinion, which is why we always encourage you to closely look at all pictures and ask any clarifying questions prior to auction close.

NOTE: Pick up of any larger pieces/furniture is **by appointment** and are based on availability on Wed 5/1, Thurs 5/2 & Friday, 5/3.
All Appointments must be scheduled with Auction Manager, Shawn via text at 475-351-6749 -or- Auction Ninja system messages.
There will be no one to access your items without an appointment. If you miss your scheduled appointment items will be considered forfeited without refund and/or abandoned per auction terms of service. All small pieces will be available during the listed pick up window. If you have smalls in addition to large furniture they will be available during your appointment time so you won't have to make 2 trips.
