All items are usually gently wrapped, however, that is in no way to discourage you from opening and looking at your items to check to make sure everything is as it should be. The wrapping is simply a courtesy and helps keep things in the condition in which they were photographed while here and in storage once Item leave the property, we are not responsible for damages or broken items. It is the buyers responsibility to verify and check their orders before leaving. If you are sending somebody whether it is a courier, a spouse, a parent, or your best friend they are your agent and us should also check the items for you and if need be send a picture to you to verify things are correct and as they should be. Additionally, even though items are gently wrapped for the most part you should always be prepared to further cushion and pack your items for safe travel items are not wrapped for secure, shipping or travel.
