Furniture shipped back from trips to Thailand, and also heirloom early 20th century bedroom set and vanity, as well as a Victorian parlor chair.

Pick up is Sunday but you can schedule an appointment for earlier pickup with auction manager Shawn via text only please (475-351-6749) on thurs-sat based on availability. All appointments must be scheduled by end of day Wednesday 8/9/23 so that orders can be cued and ready for pick up chronologically based on the appointments. The pick up is a gated storage facility and punctuality and courtesy to the other tenants is much appreciated. For the general pick up on Sunday, park in the public lot, check in at our van and there you can retrieve small items. For furniture you'll be escorted through the gate to load.

Pick up is at a Gated Storage facility. This auction is not affiliated with the ...view morestorage company and is not a storage unit locker auction. The contents of this auction has been stored at this location due to the rapid timeline of the realtor for this estate.

PICKING UP
Upon arrival park in the public lot and check in at our van. Any small items and small accent furniture will be there for quick pick up. If you have larger furniture or multiple pieces you will be escorted through the gate to load items. PLEASE triple check measurments in regard to your vehicle. Check the opening not the widest point, check the height in regard to the slope of your roof, check the measurement between your wheel wells etc. The Storage unit containing this estate will be relinquished post auction pick up and we cannot hold or store your items. Direct appointments can be made in advance through Shawn only via text prior to Sunday based on availability. Appointments can be scheduled prior to auction close (if you're not the high bidder we simply cross your name off the appointment list). Once auction closes all appointments need to be scheduled by end of day Wednesday with Shawn via text so that all invoices are prepared and cued for pick up in the correct order. If you miss your appointment, you will only have the Sunday general window to pick up.
