Trays or racks for bulk jewelry listings are not included in the lots. On average they're 8X15 inches to gauge size. All Jewelry pieces are untested Unless otherwise specified, Jewelry is cleaned with a gentle detergent cleanser, however, jewelry, as well as any fabric or clothing, we would always suggest should be professionally cleaned to return to its full luster. We do our best to ensure accuracy to the best of our ability and state factually what is presented with each item in front of us. Please feel free to reach out at any time via the website or text, which is listed in the detail section. It is always better to ask a question then to assume something in regards to shape, size, authenticity, etc. No item is misrepresented. There are expressions, there are colors, and there are metals so we encourage you to read each listing carefully and look at the pictures thoroughly as they are always considered part of the description. If a necklace is stated as Gold, it's because its Gold in color or likeness. If we find a signature or stamp we will list it as such, however, it is not to be assumed that listing such is a validation of it. All items are untested with no certification of authenticity unless otherwise stated. If we have photographed the chip on a plate, it may not be listed in the description because it is documented in the photos and vice versa.
As you know, we wrap our items gently for safe travel, that does not mean, however, that you should not inspect your item upon pick up. If an item does not meet your satisfaction or is broken in some way, shape or form that needs to be reported on site before you leave the property, once items leave, we are not responsible for breakage or issues with any items as auctions are sold, as is. Additionally, the descriptive term consistent with age and use, while it is relative to your perspective you always have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions ahead of Auction close. Consistent with age and use means something different to each person and the condition of a collectible item is solely in the eye of the beholder and therefore we stress to look at all pictures and we welcome any Questions in advance. The term fleabite is a descriptive term to describe small areas of roughness and/or tiny chips that are not noticeable from a distance. It is a phrase and, does not have anything to do with the bug.
Shipping in house for Jewelry Auctions ONLY. Payment is due directly to auction manager Shawn via Venmo (@Shawn-Miller-64690) or Paypal (Missdandylions@gmail.com) and Zelle (203-804-9634) ONLY and must be paid in full within 5 days of auction close. If you have any questions please reach out to auction manager Shawn via TEXT at 203-804-9634. If your name does not match invoice name on your payment it is your responsibility to inform the auction manager Shawn. Items will ONLY ship to address on file. (No exception) Shipping price includes $50 worth of insurance. If you would like more let me know in advance and I can add that I before you pay for the postage.

10+ Jewelry Lots/listings (not items/pieces) Flat rate $20
Jewelry Boxes and clothing- If you are the winning bidder of a jewelry box and contents or any clothing, handbags etc the above rates do not apply. Order with 20+ lots as well may be custom quoted to minimize packaging and price. You will be contacted with a custom shipping quote as the size and weight may vary. Methods of payment are the same as above.
It is the Bidders responsibility to complete payment per above guidelines within 5 days of auction close or your order will be considered forfeit per website terms of service agreement. Items will ONLY be shipped to the address on the invoice. If your Venmo account or Paypal account names do not match your invoice or if someone else is sending the shipping payment, it is your responsibility to inform the auction manager Shawn via TEXT (203-804-9634). If picking up, please text auction manager (Shawn 203-804-9634) your full name and arrival time to expedite pickup. Read all the pick up options carefully to assess if you can make the window in order to pick up your items. Different days may have different times. Starting with our first auction in 2023 the parameters of pick up and shipping will be followed to the letter. That means any items not picked up during the window of time listed when you agree to the terms of service will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. The same applies to shipping orders. We work within the confines of a small amount of space and it is not our responsibility to bear the burden and cost of storing your items.
