This is your opportunity to buy and reuse the house parts, keeping them out of the landfills. We hope you see this as a win/win. There is much life left in many of the materials and pieces of these 2 buildings, by salvaging and reusing you can be part of the Green Revolution. Know that many items are listed as used and untested. We can assume that the parts of the home were in working condition before the power, water, and gas were shut off but you buy at your own risk and there is no guarantee, everything is sold as is.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager.
