BIDDING TIP: Enter the TOP price you would pay for an item if you really want it. The system bids automatically for you. If a competitor bid is $8, and you had $15 Maximum, the system would only bid $9. Your maximum would only apply if a competitor bid the same price or the increment before it.

Pickup Dates and Information - PLEASE READ, PLEASE READ ALL.

In the event of BAD weather, please communicate with Kristin BEFORE traveling. The auction manager is 40 minutes from the estate sale location in Northwest Corner. We are are not given email or phone lists and don't have a way to communicate with everyone.

SATURDAY January 21st from 12-4 PM UNLESS Weather is bad.(PLEASE, YOU MUST COMMUNICATE- what HOUR you will arrive).
We do not have an email list or phone list from the auction. We are only given invoices for each winning bid.

Location will be announced in the winning email. BRING BOXES and PAPER. I have some items prepacked, but not necessarily for travel.

The pick up is at a private residence in Meriden, CT. If you do not pick up at the specified times, you forfeit your item(s) and NO REFUNDS will be given. Please use text or email to communicate. I am very hard of hearing. Be sure to include your name and item. Thank you so much!

Information: Estate sales can be complicated and they need to be very organized. This is the reason we have strict guidelines. We will try to accommodate you and we will need your patience. We do our very best to list and post items correctly. Please text questions if any before bidding.
