SHIPPING CHARGES:
This is a SHIPPING ONLY AUCTION - Local pickup requests will be accommodated at a 10 dollar charge.
The shipping fee is a SEPARATE FEE, and is NOT added to your Clearing House invoice. To simplify the process and expedite orders, the shipping cost will be $9.50 USD for each lot won.
Shipping is paid by you via PayPal or Venmo, at end of auction when you receive invoice.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT on your CHES account. This is where items will be mailed and cannot be a PO BOX. Items are shipped through USPS and UPS and tracking information will be emailed to you. Please remember to include your email address so we can send you tracking info for your shipment.

RETURN POLICY
We regret to say that we cannot refund money for any Auction items damaged in shipping. We take every precaution to securely pack fragile items like pottery and glass, however we cannot control what happens in transit. It is for this reason that we purchase extra insurance whenever possible. If damage occurs, you will then be able to make a claim through the carrier directly.
